Contracts
Mensura has developed a series of Trade Contracts for use by SME Developers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors. These are simplified terms and conditions suitable for use when there would ordinarily be no written terms, e.g., when a contractor provides a quotation stating a price only. The suite of forms are:
- Terms and Conditions of Trade Contract (TC1) - for use by Developers calling trade package prices.
- Terms and Conditions of Trade Contract (TC2) - for use by Contractors responding to calls for trade prices where no terms and conditions have been provided by the Developer.
- Terms and Conditions of Trade Contract (TC3) - for use by Sub-Contractors when providing prices to Contractors.

Conditions of Contract (TC1)
Terms and Conditions of Trade Contract (TC1) are used by Developers when calling Trade Package prices from Contractors in the absence of any other form of contract. it includes TC1a for use in England and Wales and TC1c for use in Scotland.
Conditions of Contract (TC2)
Terms and Conditions of of Trade Contract (TC2) are used by Contractors when submitting quotations to Clients in the absence of any other form of contract. It includes TC2a for use in England and Wales and TC2c for use in Scotland.
Conditions of Contract (TC3)
Terms and Conditions of Trade Contract (TC3) are used by Sub-Contractors when providing quotations to Contractors in the absence of any other form of contract. It includes TC3a for use in England and Wales and TC4c for use in Scotland.
